Mr. Palmer has over 25 years of hospitality and property management experience in the US, England, Dubai, Caribbean, South Africa, India and Egypt with high-end firms, such as Four Season Hotels, Fairmont Hotels, CIM group, Carnival Cruise Lines, Bain Capital, and Prometheus Real Estate. He is recognized for his leadership in luxury operations, creative operating concepts from blue print to implementation, development expertise, people development, business acumen, and attention to detail. Throughout his career, Mr. Palmer has held progressive roles in finance and operations for luxury brands, beginning as a Bookkeeper, Head Bookkeeper, Assistant Manager, Manager, Director and finally his most recent role as Vice President of Operations.
Allison Kneubuhl, Allimar President, Creative Director
After graduating from University of Washington with a degree in Communications,Allison Kneubuhl pursued a career in the luxury Hotel industry. As a Sales Manager in the then unknown Four Seasons Clift Hotel in the early 80’s, she continued to refine her marketing and sales skills at the Four Seasons Newport Beach, Pan Pacific San Francisco, Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, Kahala Mandarin Oriental and The Regent Las Vegas/Resort at Summerlin. In 2001 Kneubuhl established “Allimar” as a full service sales and marketing consulting company specializing in luxury hotels and resorts. Since then Kneubuhl has re-positioned and assisted in new marketing assessments and strategies for Le Meridien Beverly Hills, St Regis Los Angeles, San Ysidro Ranch and The Carneros Inn in Napa Valley, California.
